Mindful Edinburgh offer excellent opportunities for learning about and practising mindfulness in Edinburgh and wherever you are. Courses and learning events include 8 week courses, individual courses and coaching in mindfulness, mindfulness for teams and organisations as well as more specialist events from time to time. Recorded audios are included as part of the 8 week courses or as a separate gift for others or even for yourself. 

MIndful Edinburgh offer courses in mindfulness in central Edinburgh venues which are comfortable and support your learning process. Mindful Edinburgh courses are easily accessible, grounded in practical experience, and thoroughly scientifically verified while also having heart and lightness. Mindful Edinburgh draw primarily from the work of Emeritus Professor of Medicine Jon Kabat Zinn, who is generally acknowledged as being the main contemporary innovator and teacher of mindfulness through Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Mindful Edinburgh are also trained to deliver MIndfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and MIndfulness Based Living Courses. Mindful Edinburgh appreciates that some mindfulness courses are taught by people in religious organisations or in religious settings. Our courses take place in non-religious settings and references are not made to any religions. This makes the courses suitable for people of all religions or none.
