This is an ideal opportunity to refresh or deepen your mindfulness practice. Places usually limited to 6 people. Places are usually prioritised for people who have already completed an 8 week course with any provider.

The session begins with a short guided practice. This is followed by an opportunity to outline your hopes for the day as well as perhaps some questions you might have about your practice of mindfulness. The majority of the time is spent practicing, and this is interspersed with discussion. The ratio depends on what each group needs.

You are welcome to join two half days together to make a practice day by booking both sessions.
