Follow-Up / Drop-In Session: Sun 17 Mar, 11am-1pm
These two hour sessions are designed for people who have already participated in an 8 week course or have a similar amount of experience in mindfulness. You may like to bring some practice questions, or be seeking to boost or re-start your practice, or perhaps you’d simply like to practice in the company of others. These sessions offer an equal blend of practice and discussion.
While it is possible to simply drop in, places are limited and so advance booking is recommended.
