The 8 week course is the 'gold standard' in mindfulness training. It is an excellent opportunity to build a foundation for your practice, or develop your practice if you already have experience.

This option for a course balance is only relevant where a deposit has already been paid and you wish to pay the balance of the course fee. (Discounts are available including for students, people who are retired, and NHS/Council employees).

When comparing Mindful Edinburgh courses with other courses you may wish to check if they include the following:
