Course dates and bookings for mindfulness courses, events and more great opportunities in Edinburgh
Individual mindfulness sessions can take place where you work. Simply book a room for us to meet where you are unlikely to be disturbed. An initial session is one hour.
One to one sessions could be:
- a chance to meet and for you to get a taste for what mindfulness can offer.
- tailored sessions for a personal practice, one which may have been started through reading or an online course or app.
- an 8 week course, of 1.5 hours per session.
- coming in January 2018, a Mindfulness Essentials course over five weeks of one hourly session per week.
Apologies for any inconvenience. New courses and opportunities are being developed for organisations. While there are courses for the public taking place at present, these are closed to new applicants.
